We did need a little longer on site as the areas covered by the garden are large but the girls had a great time solving the clues that were at each post. Map skills were used to find each location.

We completed two activities organised by the botanical gardens, and one independent walk around. I would say that the Rainforest challenge activity was too tricky for a year 3 group. Also, one activity would have been enough. It felt like quite a lot to get through in one day! It would have bene nice to have some more relaxing time walking round the gardens and spotting interesting things.
